Microsoft Windows Operating System, STOP errors are quite common. May occur either during startup or work in the system. When the STOP error occur during startup, the system will not boot, so you cannot go and access the hard drive partitions and data stored on them. This behavior of Microsoft Windows enables all Windows partitions inaccessible and leading to situations of partition loss. At this point, you must select the partition recovery software to recover your valuable data back.
In a practical situation when you start your Windows computer, you may encounter the following error message and the boot process is stopped:
"STOP 0x0000007B Inaccessible Boot Device."

In the case elsewhere, the Windows partition on the hard drive would be deleted and you have to make Windows Partition Recovery to recover lost partitions and stored data .
