Recover Corrupted Partition for Windows Vista

In Windows Vista and later versions, the BCD (Boot Configuration Data) store contains boot entries needed to start the operating system. When a system is booted, the bootmgr reads the boot entries in the BCD store and a boot menu is displayed to the user. It is much safer than the previous boot.ini file, you can boot Windows XP and earlier versions. • Rebuild the BCD store by Bootrec.exe: You must rebuild the BCD store by Bootrec.exe recovery tool for Windows Environment.
• Rebuild the BCD store manually: You should rebuild the BCD store by Bcdedit.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment.

After performing any of the above method, you must restart the computer to apply changes in compensation. But if you still face a similar situation means that the file system is inaccessible. In this case you must use a third party partition software recovery to recover the Windows partition.
